Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 coding and CDI methodologies.
• 3+ years of acute care coding experience; remote work experience preferred.
• Proven track record in adult education and curriculum development.
• CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive coding and CDI education programs.
• Perform DRG validation audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Onboard new staff and conduct targeted training across the health system.
• Monitor regulatory coding changes and translate them into implementation plans.
