Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications or teaching.
• 5 years’ experience as a Technical Writer and/or Instructional Designer.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex content.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts and tools quickly.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write clearly for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, write and edit procedures, manuals and policies for gas operations and training materials.
• Design instructor-led and eLearning courses, and classroom materials.
• Create and review exam questions to assess learning outcomes.
• Assist with administration of Operator Qualification program and training scheduling.
