Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with COBOL and system analysis.
- Experience leading a technical software team on software deployments.
- Experience in Windows client-server environments and Oracle SQL databases.
- Experience providing L3 production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the Phoenix core system and related tickets for development or modification.
- Lead analysis and propose solutions for tickets and projects.
- Collaborate with business units to translate business specs into technical specs and obtain sign-off.
- Code, test, promote, and ensure solutions meet documented requirements.
- Provide daily/weekly status updates to management and analysts.
- Provide production support for the Phoenix system.
