Job summary

Digerati Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior COBOL Developer to support mainframe modernization and the implementation of CITS in Austin. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining COBOL applications on the mainframe with minimal supervision.

You will provide technical guidance to the team, assess requirements, and design architecture while working in a hybrid Austin position requiring onsite presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience assessing requirements, designing technology solutions and architectures, and providing technical direction to teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Knowledge of mainstream technologies and architectures, including open standards, database, and integration technologies

Responsibilities
