Job summary

DataSpring seeks a Manager, Implementations to lead a team of implementation professionals and guide COB-focused client deployments across healthcare data exchanges. You will coach and mentor the team, collaborate with clients to analyze requirements, design scalable COB solutions, and ensure successful adoption of DataSpring products in a fully remote environment.

This role reports to the Director, Implementations and requires 5+ years of COB experience and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of COB implementation experience or related healthcare admin technology solutions.
• Experience leading and developing a team, including coaching and workload oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead COB-focused client implementations and provide direction across projects.
• Coach and mentor the implementation team to ensure quality delivery.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and design scalable COB solutions.
• Report to Director, Implementations and manage priorities.
