Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Manager of Implementations to lead a team delivering COB and other healthcare solution implementations. You will guide strategy, coordinate client projects, and mentor team members to drive adoption and satisfaction.

The role is full-time and remote, reporting to the Director, Implementations. You will collaborate with sales, product, and customer support to ensure successful implementations and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing COB, payer operations, or healthcare administrative tech.
• Experience translating complex business processes into implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing a team, including coaching and growth support.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead COB solution implementations and provide guidance on strategy and workflows.
• Manage client engagements, gather requirements, and design scalable implementation plans.
• Develop and mentor the implementation team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
