Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Senior Coaxial Cable Manufacturing Engineer in Haverhill, MA to lead the development of cable designs and the processes, equipment, and protocols for manufacture. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Materials to drive improvements and ensure on-time execution for new and existing cable products.

The role emphasizes documentation, testing, and liaison with internal teams, with a base salary in the six-figure range and a 10% incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field with 3–5 years direct coaxial cable design/manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of coaxial designs and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to define and execute test & measurement techniques to characterize coax cable electrical and mechanical performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document equipment and process settings to meet manufacturability, performance, quality and cost targets.
• Identify sequences of manufacturing steps, tooling requirements, test plans and sourcing for materials/equipment.
• Create detailed cable documentation including materials, components, performance specs, drawings and BOMs.
