• AMPP CIP Level 2 certification, current.
• 2+ years inspecting under CIP Level 2.
• Experience with tank linings, pipelines, or bridge/structural steel coatings.

Responsibilities

• Plan inspection hold points and testing from the coating specification and manufacturer's data.
• Verify surface preparation, application, and cure with sign-off authority at each hold point.
• Perform adhesion, holiday, and cure testing.
• Dispost defects and specify repairs; supervise Level 1 inspectors on larger projects.
• Write inspection and nonconformance reports; represent the inspection program to the owner and applicator.
