Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Experience with coating application processes and project management preferred.
• Strong background in PCBA manufacturing, failure modes, layout considerations, or signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technical support initiatives with global sales and field teams.
• Act as technical authority and build relationships with customer engineering contacts and decision-makers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer deliverables; lead technical calls and manage sample workflows.
• Develop novel coating application techniques and advanced testing methods to meet market and customer needs.
• Guide coating approaches and support factory line trials on production lines with field teams.
• Establish vendor partnerships to expand internal testing capabilities.
• Travel 15–20% for factory implementations and share advances internally.
