• Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for product launches.
• Communicate technical advances and strategy across a global team.
• Autonomously work on open-ended coating projects and new techniques.
• Expand IP portfolio by innovating coatings and application tech.
• Serve as SME on coatings under development and implement customer solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical services, manufacturing, and operations on launches.
• Mentor technicians and co-ops on experiments.
