Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Coastal Hydraulics Engineer to lead design and construction of marine and coastal infrastructure for the Marine and Coastal Resiliency business across the United States.

The successful candidate will oversee engineering analyses, reports, drawings, and specifications, collaborate with civil, structural, and geotechnical teams, and coordinate with district offices to meet project goals while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; master/PhD preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in coastal hydraulic engineering for marine/coastal infrastructure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States; other licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and review of coastal hydraulic engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with Operating Districts across the United States to meet project needs.
• Oversee quality management and design standards adherence.
• Mentor engineers and support pursuit teams with SME services.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
