Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Coastal Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership in coastal projects and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a coastal engineering team with focus on Texas and Gulf States.
• Manage key client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality for civil works and coastal projects.
• Prepare proposals and lead technical marketing efforts.
