The position involves documenting behaviors, assisting with educational activities, and working with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, with an emphasis on leadership in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• 1 year in child welfare/working with youth required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks, drug screen, TB test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth.
• Deliver individual counseling and skills development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet treatment plan goals.
• Serve in an operational supervisory role as needed.
