Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Rite of Passage, Sycamore Academy in Oracle, Arizona. Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!

The role coordinates clinical services, trains new clinicians, supervises staff, provides individual, family, and group therapy, and responds to crises 24/7. It ensures proper documentation and participates in MDT meetings to meet student needs per ORR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in Arizona.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
• Ability to coordinate clinical services and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising the clinical staff.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call crisis management and support to students and staff.
• Ensure all documentation and assessments meet ORR program guidelines and standards.
