Rite of Passage invites applications for the ORR Lead Clinician position at Sycamore Academy in Oracle, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating clinical services, supervising staff, and delivering individual, family, and group therapies to youth.

Qualificações

• Must have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other relevant behavioral health discipline.
• Must be licensed or eligible for LCSW with supervisory experience and licensed to provide clinical services in the state.
• Candidates must pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, TB test, and physical examination.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical services and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• Offer 24/7 on-call crisis management support to students and staff and manage on-call schedule.
• Ensure all Mental Health Emergency Protocol steps are followed and documented.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation and assessments by ORR clinicians.
