Rite of Passage's Southern California Treatment Program in Costa Mesa and Placentia, CA is hiring a Senior Coach Counselor to provide around-the-clock supervision for living youths, promote a professional, supportive environment, and support treatment goals.

The role offers competitive pay at $24 per hour, a $1,000 bonus after training, plus comprehensive benefits including medical insurance after 60 days and a 403(b) match, paid time off, and more.

Formación

• Applicants must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
• Must hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Candidates should have 60 hours of college education in a related field or at least two years of experience with at-risk youth in Direct Care.
• Completion of company-required training within six months of placement.
• Internal applicants must have 90 days of experience in a Child Care Worker or higher Direct Care position; must complete Initial Qualifications Training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for residential youth.
• Monitor and document youths' behaviors and actions.
• Participate in educational and recreational activities with youths.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet each youth's treatment plan goals.
