Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County seeks a Finance Administrator - Chart of Accounts to lead COA development, ensure accurate financial accounting, and supervise staff within the Division of Accounts. The role supports ACFR automation and GAAP-compliant reporting for government-wide financials.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years in governmental COA, with Oracle Cloud proficiency and ADA accessibility knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in governmental COA or related area.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud financials and GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards in financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in complex financial accounting activities related to COA.
• Supports general ledger-related accounting modules.
• Develops and maintains the Chart of Accounts structure.
• Manages COA updates due to new business requirements or regulatory changes.
• Troubleshoots COA–related errors in Oracle Cloud.
• Assists with ACFR automation and financial reporting disclosures.
• Ensures ADA accessibility in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Creates dashboards and automated reports for financial operations.
