Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and administer all accounting activities for the government. You will ensure GAAP and GASB compliance, monitor transactions, and prepare financial reports.

Requirements include a accounting degree with government accounting experience and supervisory responsibilities. Master’s degree and CPA/CGFM/CPFO certifications are preferred; remote work options are available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; three years governmental accounting experience or equivalent.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Master's degree preferred; CPA/CGFM/CPFO certifications preferred.
