Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician specialized in refrigeration to support DX and CO₂ systems in commercial and industrial environments.

Based in Roswell, GA, you will service, diagnose, and commission DX and CO₂ installations, with a focus on Walmart projects, requiring strong hands-on capabilities and independence in the field. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of refrigeration experience, with a strong emphasis on DX systems.
• Hands-on experience with CO₂ (R744) refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently in customer facilities and travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair DX and CO₂ refrigeration systems, including rack systems and transcritical CO₂ applications.
• Perform system startups and commissioning for new and retrofit installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and control sequences.
• Document service activities, findings, and corrective actions using service reports.
• Work safely and in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, service coordinators, OEMs, and customers.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to 1st tier support technicians when needed.
