Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical pharma industry experience.
• Proven CNS clinical research project leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong budget and financial management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–IV CNS trials from start-up to closeout.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Oversee study planning, timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and revenue targets.
• Drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate global teams across time zones.
