Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in CNC Machining or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes, and other automated machining equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Select and adjust tooling to achieve tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Mentor junior CNC Technicians and Operators.
