Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a CNC Technician II in Austin, TX to operate CNC cutting/router equipment with 1–2 years of experience, perform preventive maintenance, and support production quality. You will read work orders, monitor machine performance, and ensure safety and accuracy on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong math and mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' CNC operator or related machining experience.
• Ability to read drawings, including geometric tolerancing, preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and blade changes.
• Read and follow work orders and layouts to meet specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor machine speed and adjust to meet production targets.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Complete maintenance and material usage logs.
• Work shifts and overtime as required.
