Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with advanced machine setups and process troubleshooting.
• Experience with semiconductor, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes and other automated machining equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior CNC Technicians and Operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality management systems.
