Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; technical CNC certs preferred.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with high-precision components and semiconductor context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes, and related equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
• Select, install, adjust tooling, fixtures, and offsets to meet tolerances.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
