Keystone Distinction Group in Easton, MA, is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer / Setup Technician to join a 60+ year family-owned manufacturer. You will develop, prove out, and maintain CNC programs; set up Citizen and Star multi-axis Swiss-type machines; mentor less-experienced team members.

The role requires 5+ years with Citizen & Star Swiss-type lathes, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years setting up and operating Citizen and Star Swiss-type CNC lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and GD&T to determine machining methods.
• Develop, prove out, and optimize CNC programs.
• Set up tooling, workholding, offsets, and machine adjustments.
• Mentor junior operators and communicate process changes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ISO-quality standards compliance.
