Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Machinist to own complex machine setups on multi-axis mills and lathes in a clean, climate-controlled facility in Wisconsin. You will edit G-code, perform first articles, and collaborate with engineering on DFM reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup on HMC/VMC mills or multi-axis lathes.
• Experience editing G-code at the controller.
• Close-tolerance aerospace/defense/medical device background preferred.
• Hands-on with high-spec CNC machines and industrial controls.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required; within daily commuting radius of Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, independent machine setups on HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• Edit G-code at the controller to optimize tool paths and cycles.
• Perform first-article inspections with precision instruments.
• Maximize cell throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Mentor junior operators and support floor setups.
• Collaborate with engineering on tool-paths and DFM reviews.
