Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, test, and optimize CNC machining programs for precision aerospace components. You will work with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure efficient processes, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC programming experience, strong CAD/CAM skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
Strong experience with CNC milling machines and CAD software.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Associate’s Degree preferred (Engineering or Manufacturing Technology).

Responsibilities

Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
Program custom components and tooling for production applications.
Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency.
Maintain programming documentation and revision control.
Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
