Keystone Distinction Group in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist & Program Editor. Bring your experience to a family-owned manufacturer with over 60 years of history, offering a supportive, collaborative culture where craftsmanship and people come first.

This 1st-shift role (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) requires setting up and running STAR and Citizen Swiss lathes, making FANUC edits, reading blueprints, inspecting parts, and keeping logs while upholding ISO/ITAR procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• 4+ years of Swiss CNC lathe operation, setup and editing experience.
• Strong blueprint reading, math aptitude and organizational skills.
• Proficient with standard computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate multiple STAR and Citizen Swiss CNC lathes, including loading stock and tool changes.
• Make basic edits to FANUC CNC programs and perform live offsets.
• Read complex blueprints and inspect machined parts with standard inspection equipment.
• Adhere to ISO quality, ITAR and safety procedures while performing maintenance.
• Collaborate with team and train less experienced operators; run secondary equipment as needed.
