LeoForce is seeking a Senior CNC Supervisor in Beaumont, CA to lead daily machining operations and mentor machinists. You will perform complex CNC setups, adjust programs at the machine, and ensure parts meet tight engineering drawings and specs.

The role requires 7+ years CNC experience, 3+ years in leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced food equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish required.
• 7+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervision in a machine shop.
• Hands-on CNC milling and turning with setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Experience adjusting CNC programs and machine-level edits.
• Experience mentoring machinists in production settings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machining operations including CNC milling/turning.
• Set up complex CNC work and adjust programs at the machine.
• Monitor flow to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Coach and supervise machinists to boost performance and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to resolve issues.
• Inspect parts for conformance to drawings/specs.
• Track tooling, machine performance, material usage to cut waste.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and quality.
