Job summary

LeoForce in City of Industry, CA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC machines for precision components. The role requires reading complex blueprints, GD&T, and performing grinding to tight tolerances with accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC Machinist experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in operating and programming 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining, grinding, and GD&T.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and plans.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
• Excellent GD&T understanding and tool setup experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• HS diploma; CNC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to plan machining activities.
• Perform precision machining and grinding to tight tolerances.
• Use precision measurement tools to verify part conformity.
• Select and set up appropriate tooling; adjust as needed.
• Monitor feed/speed and adjust for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain machines, tools, and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to improve processes.
