CNC Supervisor (1st Shift)

$34 - $45 per hour | Beaumont, CA | On-Site | Permanent

1st Shift | M-F 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Bilingual Spanish required | 7+ Years CNC mill and lathe experience

Job Details

SCHEDULE: First shift with occasional Saturdays

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee daily machining operations within the machine shop, including CNC milling and turning work
• Perform and support complex CNC setups and program adjustments directly at the machine
• Monitor production flow to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Train, coach, and supervise machinists to improve performance, consistency, and safety practices
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow
• Inspect parts and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications
• Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop setting
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
• Proficiency in CNC program adjustments and machine-level edits
• Experience training or mentoring machinists in production environments
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fabrication methods
