Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior CNC Supervisor in Beaumont, CA to lead daily machining operations and mentor machinists. You will perform complex CNC setups, adjust programs at the machine, and ensure parts meet tight engineering drawings and specs.

The role requires 7+ years CNC experience, 3+ years in leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced food equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish required.
• 7+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervision in a machine shop.
• Hands-on CNC milling and turning with setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Experience adjusting CNC programs and machine-level edits.
• Experience mentoring machinists in production settings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machining operations including CNC milling/turning.

Qualifications

First shift with occasional Saturdays

Job Duties

• Oversee daily machining operations within the machine shop, including CNC milling and turning work
• Perform and support complex CNC setups and program adjustments directly at the machine
• Monitor production flow to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Train, coach, and supervise machinists to improve performance, consistency, and safety practices
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow
• Inspect parts and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications
• Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality
