Job summary

SIS, an EIS company, is seeking an experienced CNC Operations Specialist in Canton, GA. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, run production jobs, and troubleshoot complex machining issues for our diverse plastics and composites components.

The role emphasizes hands-on production, advanced troubleshooting, and mentoring others, with both first and second shifts available and overtime opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CNC machining with complex setups and problem solving.
• Ability to set up and run production jobs meeting safety and quality standards.
• Experience training operators and setup specialists.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex CNC setups and run assigned jobs.
• Diagnose machining problems across tooling, workholding, and programs.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T and verify part quality.
