Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for multi-axis mills and lathes in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This direct-hire role offers a first shift with an early-out Friday, a competitive hourly wage up to $40.00/hr, and overtime plus a loyalty bonus.

You will independently set up complex machines, edit G-code at the controller, perform first-article inspections, and collaborate with engineering on DFM reviews.

Formación

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup experience
• Close-tolerance aerospace/defense manufacturing
• Experience editing G-code at the controller
• US Citizenship or Green Card required due to ITAR; commuting radius to Greater Green Bay, WI

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex setups on HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers
• Edit G-code and macros at the controller to optimize tool paths
• Perform first-article inspections using precision instruments
• Improve cell throughput and reduce cycle times
• Mentor junior operators and support floor problem-solving
• Collaborate with engineering on tool paths and DFM reviews for new products
