Ashton North LLC is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for multi-axis mills and lathes in the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This direct-hire role focuses on complex setups, G-code editing, and DFM collaboration within a climate-controlled facility and modern equipment fleet.

You will own setups from start to finish, troubleshoot challenging geometries, and mentor junior operators while collaborating with engineering to optimize tool paths and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent CNC setup on HMC/VMC mills or multi-axis lathes.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card due to ITAR compliance.
• Daily commuting radius to Greater Green Bay, WI required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, independent machine setups on HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers.
• Edit G-code and macro variables at the controller to optimize tool paths and cycles.
• Perform precision first-article inspections with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height stands, and optical comparators.
