Job summary

Global CNC Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Quality Control Inspector to verify machined parts and toolholders across our product lines. You will conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections, reading blueprints and GD&T, and documenting results to ensure traceability from machine to customer.

The role emphasizes precision, attention to detail, and collaboration with operators and production to resolve issues and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC quality control or inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Hands-on with CMM, shadowgraph, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspection on machined parts and assemblies.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications.
• Inspect OD, ID, OAL, and concentricity using precision tools.
• Determine acceptance or rejection and relay issues to operators and production.
• Complete Final Inspection Reports for finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area.
