Job summary

Global CNC is seeking a CNC Quality Control Inspector to inspect machined components and finished toolholders across our product lines. This role emphasizes precision, accuracy, and maintaining traceability from the machine to the customer.

You will perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections and document results. Strong GD&T knowledge and experience with CMMs help ensure product quality and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• 3+ years in CNC quality control or inspection.
• Experience with measuring tools and CMM.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspection.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Inspect OD, ID, OAL, and concentricity with height indicators and gauges.
• Prepare Final Inspection Reports and ensure traceability of products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area.
