Global CNC is seeking an experienced CNC Quality Control Inspector to inspect machined components and toolholders. You will perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections and generate traceable documentation from machine to customer.

Ideal candidates read blueprints with GD&T, operate CMMs and precision gauges, and maintain accuracy across units. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential for success in our modern facility.

Formación

• 3+ years of CNC quality control or inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with CMM, shadowgraph, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Ability to add, subtract, and convert across all units of measure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspection on machined parts and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Inspect OD, ID, OAL, and concentricity using v-blocks with height indicators, gauge pins, micrometers, calipers, shadowgraph, and CMM
• Determine acceptance or rejection of parts and communicate issues to operators and production
• Complete Final Inspection Reports for all finished product
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inspection area

Global CNC is hiring an experienced CNC Quality Control Inspector to inspect machined components and finished toolholders across our product lines. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and holds every part to a high standard.

You will be responsible for first piece, in-process, and final inspection, along with the documentation that keeps our product traceable from the machine to the customer. If you have strong inspection experience and a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
