Job summary

Millennial Tools, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for precision components. You will work from engineering drawings, perform setup/prove-out, and coordinate with quality and production teams to ensure parts meet specs.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of CNC programming in a manufacturing setting, strong GD&T knowledge, and hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and multiple CNC controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with G-code and M-code.
• Experience using CAD/CAM software to create CNC programs and toolpaths.
• Experience machining tool steels, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision components.
• Lead programming from drawing/model through prove-out, inspection, and production.
• Troubleshoot programming and process issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
