Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation is seeking a CNC Specialist to set up, program, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, EDM) to produce precision components. You will interpret drawings, create CNC programs using G-code and CAM software, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet exact specifications and delivery timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience and an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or a certified CNC program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of injection mold building and injection molding is a plus.
• Experience with CNC machining operations setup, programming and troubleshooting.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiarity with materials like steel, aluminum, and plastics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and EDM equipment.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and CAD models to determine operations.
• Create and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
