Job summary

B E Products Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our Placentia, CA team. This role focuses on developing, writing, and optimizing programs for milling, turning and multi-axis machining on Mori Seiki NH 5000 machines. You will set up, edit, and run jobs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Strong ability to read and interpret GD&T, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience with G-code and M-code programming.
• Familiarity with multi-axis CNC machining (3, 4, or 5-axis) preferred Vertical and Horizontal Mills.
• Knowledge of metals, cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining operations
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to create accurate toolpaths
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and work holding
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks to maintain tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot and edit existing programs to improve cycle times and surface finishes
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions
