Job summary

Holtec International in Camden, NJ seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, modify, validate, and optimize CNC programs for high‑precision components. You will translate engineering designs into efficient toolpaths using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, and other CAD/CAM tools, ensuring quality and on‑time production.

Collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Machine Shop teams, you will select tooling, validate programs, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining safety and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of CNC programming in Mastercam or GibbsCAM.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and GD&T to determine machining methods.
• Develop, modify, validate, and optimize CNC programs.
• Generate toolpaths, select tooling, and optimize feeds and speeds.
• Support machine setup, verify program performance and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Machine Shop teams.
• Revise programs after engineering changes and process improvements.
