Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Programmer II for our Downers Grove facility. This onsite role focuses on programming complex parts on multiple axes to support NADCAP and AS9100 compliance, under the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

You will manage CAM/CAD workflows, edit G and M code, and support shop floor with program revisions, while leveraging CAD/CAM tools such as Esprit, MasterCam and SolidWorks. A technical bachelor or 5+ years of manufacturing experience is required, with Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field or 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial field with CNC programming experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
• Strong CAD/CAM skills: Esprit, SolidWorks, MasterCam, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Write programs for complex parts on multiple axes and machining centers.
• Maintain program libraries and NADCAP/compliance revisions.
• Assist shop floor with uploading/downloading programs and data extraction.
• Support macro style programming and G/M code editing.
