Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Programmer to create and improve programs for 3-4 axis lathes and multi-axis machines. The role involves working with steel bar stock or casting, with live tooling capable lathe/mill setups and proving out programs with minimal supervision.

You will design efficient manufacturing processes, set up machines, tool selection, and document procedures. Collaboration with engineering and production is required to resolve issues and improve output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in CAM software and G-code editing
• Experience with multi-axis machines and live tooling
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and prove out CNC programs for multi-axis machines.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Set up and operate CNC machines as needed.
• Select tools and fixtures for new jobs and improve current tooling.
• Train operators on programming methods and procedures.
