CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to design, optimize, and verify Mastercam programs for vertical and horizontal milling. You will work closely with machinists and engineers to ensure precision, quality, and efficient cycle times in a demanding manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC programming experience, multi-axis Mastercam expertise, and the ability to read blueprints and CAD models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Mastercam; multi-axis experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for vertical and horizontal milling.
• Set up and prove out new programs on the shop floor and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and tolerances.
• Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
