We seek a skilled CNC Programmer with Mastercam to support programming on vertical and horizontal mills, working closely with machinists and engineers to ensure high-quality output.

The role emphasizes precision, tooling selection, and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models.
• Experience selecting tooling and developing efficient machining strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for vertical and horizontal milling machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings to create accurate toolpaths.
• Set up and prove out new programs on the shop floor, troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and maintain tight tolerances.
