Job summary

USNR is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Woodland, WA facility. You will program multi-axis mills, develop new CNC programs from drawings and 3D models, and ensure parts meet strict specifications.

The role requires Mastercam experience, blueprints proficiency, and GD&T knowledge. Expect a collaborative team, a safety-focused environment, and opportunities for growth within a global leader in forest products equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Mastercam programming experience.
• Experience with steel, aluminum, bronze and brass.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks and Excel.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5; blueprints reading.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform precision inspections.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Program multi-axis horizontal and vertical mills.
• Develop new CNC programs from engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Edit and convert existing programs for different machines.
• Select tooling from the tooling database.
• Maintain program and tooling databases for new and existing jobs.
• Set up, load, prove out, and operate CNC machines to complete parts.
• Perform part inspections to verify requirements meet drawings and specs.
• Other related duties as required.
