Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in precision machining.
• Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mill-turn equipment.
• CAM programming experience with GibbsCAM and Esprit preferred.
• Strong GD&T knowledge to interpret drawings and tight-tolerance components.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification or related training preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work around machinery with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for complex, tight-tolerance components.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC mill-turn equipment while developing efficient tool paths.
• Develop setup sheets, tooling lists, and workholding strategies for new and existing jobs.
• Support new job launches from initial programming and setup through production.
• Troubleshoot programming, setup, tooling, and machining issues and improve quality, cycle time, and tool life.
• Provide technical guidance and training to machinists on programming, setups, tooling, equipment, and processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to interpret drawings and GD&T requirements.
