Job summary

Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a precision manufacturing company in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily CNC machining operations, lead production teams, and drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CNC/precision manufacturing and at least 5 years of leadership, with strong lean, problem-solving, and ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge.

Qualifications

10+ years in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
5+ years in manufacturing leadership/supervision.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee CNC machining operations to meet productivity, quality, and delivery goals.
Mentor machinists and production staff; develop teams.
Manage production schedules, capacity, and workflow for efficiency.
Monitor KPIs like productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and maintenance to resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and problem solving.
Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, scrap, and costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO requirements.
