Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a hands-on Process Industrialization engineer to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for CNC machining, coatings, and related applications. You will optimize process parameters, support tooling strategies, and drive kaizen improvements on-site in Greenville, SC.

You will work across disciplines to ensure safe, high-quality production hand-offs and continuous improvement, leveraging NX-CAM, Vericut, and Renishaw probing to verify processes and post-processor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 4+ years in Production Process and Equipment.
• Experience in on-site manufacturing environments and cross-group collaboration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Greenville, SC and adapt to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing process development across CNC Machining and related applications.
• Define and optimize process parameters for safety, quality, and tool life.
• Support tool selection and tooling strategies; drive tool performance improvements.
• Document methods and embed lean principles into process development.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
